Terms of Service

Clear, fair terms — written in plain language.

1. Introduction

By using AI Fun Agency’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Services

AI Fun Agency provides Done-For-You AEO and GEO optimization, including:

  • AI-optimized content publishing in answer capsule format
  • Reddit and X (Twitter) reply management by human writers
  • Authority directory submissions
  • AI citation tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity AI, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Bing AI Copilot

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate onboarding information
  • Complete the brand brief within 5 business days of signup
  • Maintain an active subscription for the minimum 3-month commitment

4. Minimum Contract Term

All plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. After month 3, you may cancel with 30 days written notice to .

5. Payment Terms

Monthly billing is charged on the same date each month. Annual billing is charged upfront. All fees are non-refundable. In place of a refund, every plan is backed by the 90-Day Progress Guarantee described below.

6. 90-Day Progress Guarantee

Over your first 90 days, AI Fun Agency implements your AI Visibility strategy, strengthens your authority signals, and delivers ongoing optimization designed to increase your chances of being recommended by AI platforms. If, after completing the first 90 days, you are not seeing meaningful progress, AI Fun Agency will continue working on your campaign at no additional cost until you do. No complicated conditions. No awkward conversations.

7. Exclusive Territory

You are granted exclusive use of your niche and city combination for the duration of your active subscription. Territory is released upon cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content produced by AI Fun Agency on your behalf becomes your property upon full payment.

9. No Guarantee of Specific AI Rankings

AI Fun Agency cannot guarantee placement in specific AI engine outputs, as these are controlled by independent third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

AI Fun Agency’s liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the most recent 3-month period.

11. Prohibited Use

  • You may not resell the service without written permission
  • The service may not be used for illegal businesses, adult content, gambling, or misleading claims

12. Termination

AI Fun Agency reserves the right to terminate service without refund if the client violates these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
